Derek Chan, Chief Executive Officer
As the CEO, Mr. Chan is responsible for the overall management and general direction of the company, reporting to the managing members. Prior to joining Amici MPTS, Mr. Chan was the Chief Technology Officer responsible for helping to found, build and staff Oriental DreamWorks, a joint venture between DreamWorks Animation, China Media Capital, Shanghai Media Group, and Shanghai Alliance Investment. He was also the Chief Operating Officer of DreamWorks NOVA, the technology company that is bringing DreamWorks’ image creation capabilities to other enterprises. He was part of the executive team that led the company through both a seed funding round as well as a subsequent Series A funding.
Everett “Chuck” Williams, Chief Financial Officer
Everett “Chuck” Williams is a Texas Real Estate Investor/Developer, Entertainment Financier, and Producer. He attended Texas A&I (Texas A&M Kingsville) University and Southwest Texas State (Texas State) University. A resource for Entertainment Related Financing, Williams Entertainment Based Companies primarily focus on Independent Investing, Buying and Selling Companies, as well as New Project Development. Williams has Financed and Brokered projects silently for several high profile Hollywood projects that directly and indirectly involved Hollywood A-list talent. Since 1982, Williams has owned more than 2,000 Residential and Commercial Properties throughout the Continental U.S., Africa, Europe, Bahamas, Jamaica, etc… During his 16 years as a Mortgage Broker, Williams, through his multiple offices, Financed more than 1,400 Residential and Commercial Properties. As a Licensed Texas Auctioneer his companies have organized Real Estate Auctions and sold more than 700 properties for such noted organizations including but not limited to: SBA, VA, HUD, & FDIC. He has served as a member of board of directors for The Boys & Girls Clubs of America, The Corpus Christi Ballet, Montessori Private Schools, and Bethune Day Care Centers.
Alex Wenger, Chief Technical Officer
Alex, studied Electrical Engineering at Illinois Institute of Technology. He is currently the Managing Member of GoGeo, LLC a company dedicated to developing alternative energy technologies. GoGeo is currently concentrating on geothermal technology for heating, cooling and electric power generation.
